  6. Ownership is easily transferred as the ownership is represented by shares.

  9. A person as well as a corporate entity can be the shareholder of the company.
  10. Directors and shareholders have limited Liability as in case of any default only company’s assets will be sold. Directors will be safe in that case .
  11. This form allows outside funds to be raised and help to grow .

Documents Required

  1. Copy of pan card of Directors
  2. Photos of Directors
  3. Copy of Adhar Card of Directors
  4. Any one of (Voters ID/Passport /Driving Licence)
  5. Electricity /Water bill of Business place
  6. Copy of Rent Agreement of Business place
  7. Copy of Property paper if owned
  8. Landlords NOC
  9. Mobile and e-mail ID of directors
  10. And other documents and drafts are required which will be provided time to time .

Process

  1. Directors DSC and DPIN i.e.Directors PIN issued by MCA will be applied.
  2. Application for the Name approval will be given.
  3. MOA &AOA will be drafted and submitted with MCA.
  4. Within 15 to 20 days the incorporation of the company will be done .
  5. After that we help in PAN, TAN and bank account opening .

Post Registration Service

We provide door to door service in case of every service required after the registration . Our relationship manager will personally visit to the client and provide all the details they require.
