Documents Required

  1. PAN card of all the partners.
  2. Adhar Card of all the partners.
  3. Any one of ( Voters ID/Passport /Driving Licence).
  4. Electricity Bill/Water Bill /property tax reciept of the Business premises.
  5. Rent Agreement in case the premises is rented .
  6. Sale Agreemnt if the premise is owned by one of the partners .

Process

  1. Our Relationship manager will collect all the documents and information of partners. They will collect the name of the Firm they want to register as partnership firm.
  2. We will draft the partnership deed and get is notarised.
  3. We will submit the deed to registrar of Firm and get the certificate .
  4. We will provide the certificate copy to the partners along with the partnership deed .
  5. We will help into getting the PAN card of the partnership firm and opening the bank account of the firm .

Post Registration Service

We provide door to door service in case of every service required after the registration . Our relationship manager will personally visit to the client and provide all the details they require. As well as the collection of the documents will be on door to door service basis.
