One Person Company Registration

Features

  1. Only one person is required to incorporate and operate the company.
  2. Good Choice for the person who wants to run and manage business alone without any partner.
  3. It is registered with MCA and has seperate legal entity.
  4. The sole shareholder has limited liability.
  5. The sole members has to appoint nominee into MOA who will be the successor of the firm after the death or incapicity of the member.
  6. Annual general meeting is not necessary into OPC.
  7. Cash flow statement is not required into OPC.
  8. Only resident indian can apply for OPC.
  9. Only natural person can apply for OPC.
  10. The Minimum authorised capital is 1,00,000.
  11. Business involved in finacial activities can not apply for OPC.
  12. The OPC should be converted into Private Limited if share capital exceeds to 50 lakh or turnover exceeds to 1 crore.
  13. Can have 1 shareholder but have multiple directors .

Documents Required

  1. PAN card of the sole member .
  2. Adhar Card of all the sole member.
  3. Any one of ( Voters ID/Passport /Driving Licence).
  4. Electricity Bill/Water Bill /property tax reciept of the Business premises
  5. Rent Agreement in case the premises is rented .
  6. Landlords NOC.

Process

  1. Our relationship manager will collect all the required documents and information of the directors and company .
  2. Directors DSC and DPIN i.e.Directors PIN issued by MCA will be applied.
  3. Application for the Name approval will be given.
  4. MOA &AOA will be drafted and submitted with MCA.
  5. Within 15 to 20 days the incorporation of the company will be done .
  6. After that we help in PAN, TAN and bank account opening .

Post Registration Service

We provide door to door service in case of every service required after the registration . Our relationship manager will personally visit to the client and provide all the details they require. As well as the collection of the documents will be on door to door service basis.
