Documents Required

  1. Photo of both the partners
  2. Pan card of both the partners
  3. Adhar card of both the partners
  4. Any one from the following ( Voter’s ID /Driving Licence/Passport )
  5. Anyone form the following for Address proof ( Electricity Bill/Telephone Bill/Bank Statement latest one )
  6. If rented the Rent Agreement
  7. Landlord NOC ( in case of rented )
  8. Digital Signature
  9. Mobile Number of both the partners
  10. Email ID of both the partners

Process

  1. Our relationship manager will collect all the documents and information of partners and LLP.
  2. We will start with Digital Signature process .
  3. Along with that we will apply for the reservation of Name of the LLP.
  4. After receiving DSC and Name Approval , we will draft all the incorporation documents for registration of LLP and get it signed . The documents will be submitted to MCA .
  5. It will take 2-5 working days for the approval .
  6. On approval the incorporated process will be completed.
  7. After that we will help in getting the PAN of LLP and opening the bank account.
  8. After that we will draft LLP partnership deed and get it signed by all the partners and will be uploaded.

Post Registration Service

We provide door to door service in case of every service required after the registration . Our relationship manager will personally visit to the client and provide all the details they require. As well as the collection of the documents will be on door to door service basis. Following services are provided ,
